Jura can be reached in a number of ways by public transport.
Via Islay, by Caledonian MacBrayne car ferry from Kennacraig or by regular, Loganair flights (operated on behalf of Flybe) from Glasgow Airport.

Argyll & Bute Council have agreed to support the ferry in 2011 and so a scheduled service between Craighouse, on Jura, and Tayvallich, on Knapdale will continue until the end of September!

Road and Car Ferry
Caledonian McBrayne operate regular sailings from Kennacraig to both
Port Ellen and Port Askaig, Islay.
The connecting ferry to Jura crosses regularly from Port Askaig to Feolin.

By Bus
There is a connecting service to Kennacraig from Buchanan Street Bus Station in Glasgow.
By Air
From Glasgow to Islay, Flybe operates three flights on Mondays and Fridays, two daily flights Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, morning flight only on Saturday, afternoon flight only Sunday. Flights operated by Loganair.

The Jura Bus is operated by Alex Dunnachie and travels between Feolin Ferry to Craighouse and north up the island to Inverlussa
